The service

Meza helps social media managers and creators plan, create, approve, schedule and publish content, and work with their clients. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account and workspace, including the actions of people you invite.

Your content

You own the content you upload or create in Meza. You give us permission to store, process, display and send it only as needed to run Meza for you, including publishing it to the accounts you connect, at the times you choose.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you publish (including music, images and people shown) and permission to manage any client accounts you connect.

Connected social accounts

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, you also agree to that platform's terms, and your use must follow them. Using YouTube through Meza means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms). Platforms can change or limit their features, and posts can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control; Meza will tell you when a post fails so you can act.

Acceptable use

Do not use Meza to:

• post illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content;
• send spam or automate activity that breaks a social platform's rules;
• access other people's accounts or data without permission;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong or unoriginal. Review them before you publish; you are responsible for what you post.

Plans, trial and billing

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the plan renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on mezaonline.com; we will tell you before any price change applies to you. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Ending your account

You can stop using Meza at any time and ask us to delete your account at info@mezaonline.com. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law. After an account ends, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy (mezaonline.com/privacy).

Disclaimers and liability

Meza is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for the actions of social platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
